| Description | The Site Work bid packages shall include: Aviation Road reconstruction and restoration work; Paved and stone roads into the site; Storm sewer systems; Storm Water BMP`s; and Sewer and Water distribution lines relocation and abandonment. In order to complete this work, a bid package will be issued for: Sitework; Phase One Infrastructure to include all Aviation Roadway work, traffic control, any required site demolition, clearing and grubbing, stone and paved (asphalt and stone) roads into the site, line striping and signage, water distribution lines relocation, sewer distribution lines relocation, storm sewer systems, all BMP work indicated for Phase One work. Blue Rock Construction, Inc. has been retained to provide Construction Management services on this project and will be acting as the agent for the owner (BCIDA). All contracts will be held directly with the BCIDA. | ||||||
