| Description | This is a Master Agreement in which the Contractor shall provide Non-hazardous Garbage Collection, Removal and Disposal Services and divert recyclable materials from landfill disposal. The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the Service Rate specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet and the Exhibit B-2, Published Price List, which shall include all labor, travel and per diem, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fees, permits/licenses, transportation, and every other item of expense necessary to provide services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), listed in Exhibit E, List of Participating Facilities, hereafter referred to as Institution/Facility/Camp. Any letters of inquiry must be submitted in writing to allow CDCR time to research and prepare a response.
