2021 South Spring Street Reconstruction (Mill Street to Park Avenue/Front Street)

The work for which bids are asked includes the following: Contract A - Road & Utility Improvements: 1,015 LF of sanitary sewer and laterals (6” thru 12” PVC) along with associated sanitary sewer work; 1,225 L.F. of water main (6” thru 12” PVC) and services; 1,100 LF of storm sewer (12” thru 48” RCP & 60”x38” HERCP) and associated storm structure work; 5,200 S.Y. aggregate base and geogrid installation; 750 S.Y. topsoil and seeding; 18 EA of trees; 100 TON of asphalt pavement; 3,750 S.Y. of concrete pavement; 32,850 S.F. of concrete sidewalk; 3,050 L.F. concrete curb and gutter; 1,125 S.F. concrete driveway approach; 18 EA street lighting units; 1,960 LF of electrical conduit; 9,050 LF electrical wire; 3,850 L.F. of epoxy pavement markings; as well as all related work including unclassified excavation, crack & damage surveys, erosion control, and traffic control. Contract B - Pedestrian Bridge: Bridge w/ Treated Wood Deck (Material Direct Purchase) along with associated bridge abutment and guard post work; 180 L.F. of storm sewer (8” PVC) along with associated storm structure work; 225 TON of aggregate base; 210 S.Y. of asphalt pavement; 3,250 S.F. of concrete sidewalk; 450 L.F. concrete curb and gutter; as well as all related work including removals, grading, & restoration
