Classroom Furniture - LTHS Phase 1

Contract shall be for the purchase, delivery, and installation of classroom furniture for Lake Travis High School in multiple delivery phases, in accordance with the instructions, terms and conditions, and requirements/specifications contained in this agreement. 1. Phase 1 of Lake Travis High School includes approximately seventy-three (73) classrooms/instructional rooms on two levels with a possible addition of approximately ten (10) instructional rooms on the “zero level”. 2. Phase II will take place in 2021 and will include approximately thirty-five (36) classrooms/instructional rooms. All classrooms are in the Annex of the high school. 3. Phase III will take place in 2022 and will include approximately seventeen (17) classrooms four (10) Fine Arts classrooms, six (6) career and technology / Gateway to Technology classrooms, seventeen (17) Science classrooms. Art classrooms are on the first floor, career and technology rooms are on the second floor and Science classrooms are both the second and third floors.
