Painting at Mckenney Volunteer Fire Department (MVFD)

A. Scope of Work 1. Provide labor and materials to paint all interior walls and trim, bay area excluded. 2. Paint both sides of the service windows between the training room and kitchen. 3. Paint interior of closets, storage areas and pantry to include painting shelves in Rooms 111, 117 and 121. 4. Paint the interior of all exterior doors the same color as trim. 5. Paint an accent wall in the Dayroom/Dining Room (Room 113), both offices (Rooms 101 and 104), and the Training Room (Room 102). 6. Paint the restroom stalls. 7. Paint the pipes that run on the wall in the Decon Room (Room 118). 8. Rooms not included in this project: Bay area, Rooms 112, 122, and 123. 9. Materials shall be: i. Paint Color - Shermin Williams, 7011 Natural Choice ii. Accent Wall Colors - Shermin Williams, 0048 Bunglehouse Blue or Shermin Williams, 0031 Dutch Tile Blue iii. Trim Color - Shermin Williams, 7051 Analytical Gray iv. Bathroom stall color - TBD
