Ball 308 Engineering Research Lab Modifications Project - Sub bid

The University of Massachusetts - Lowell, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the Ball 308 Engineering Research Lab Modifications Project in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by MDS/Miller Dyer Spears, Inc. The Project consists of: the renovation of approx. 1200sf of lab space to provide enhanced ventilation for proper fume hood operation. The primary scope is the replacement of HVAC equipment including ductwork, fume hood duct and riser replacement, roof exhaust fan replacement and new electrical power. Arch. scope includes selective demo, louvers, hazardous material abatement, roof flashing, new lab benches and cabinets, patching of cmu and painting.
