City of Hendersonville, Public Works Department, for the furnishing of all materials and supplying of all labor necessary to provide grading, utility connections, and sitework for the installation of precast concrete building structures within the City of Hendersonville City Limits. Time for Completion: The Contractor agrees to start job assignments within 10 calendar days after receiving Notice to Proceed and complete project in an expeditious manner and as outlined in the BID PROPOSAL. The Contractor once started will complete each assignment in a timely manner and will maintain a work force consistent to accomplish the project from start to finish. The City of Hendersonville reserves the following rights: To waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and/or to award this contract to the bidder that best meets the needs of the City of Hendersonville.
