Main St- from Hancock St to Railroad: milling transitions, edge grass, sweep clean, 4 inches of HMA patching where needed, tack coat, and pave with 1.5 inches of Hot Mix Asphalt surface. Adjust manholes, inlets, and water valves if needed, and all related work. Intersection of Otto St and Lincoln St: mill transitions, edge grass, sweep clean, tack coat, and pavewith 1.5 inches of Hot Mix Asphalt surface. Adjust manholes, inlets, and water valves if needed, and all related work. Railroad St- from Main St to the Playground: mill transitions, edge grass, sweep clean, tack coat, andpave with 1.5 inches of Hot Mix Asphalt surface. Adjust manholes, inlets, and water valves if needed, and all related work. Miller St from Hendricks to 5816 Miller St: Mill entire roadway section, edge grass, sweep clean, tackcoat, and pave with 1.5 inches of Hot Mix Asphalt surface. Adjust manholes, inlets, and water valves if needed, and all related work.
