Description | The project consists of a 7,300 sf Main Level and finished full Basement, and includes Site Work at the 991 Franklin Street, Carlyle, Illinois location. Additional information is contained in the Documents. The Construction Documents, including Plans and Project Manual, are available and may be examined at the the Clinton County Courthouse building at 850 Fairfax Street, Carlyle, Illinois 62231; County Clerk's office. To submit your bid, fill out the Bid Proposal Form in the Project Manual. A Bid Bond is required. Sealed Bids, entitled Clinton County Health Clinic, must be turned into the County Clerk's office on or before 4 p.m. on October 20, 2022. Bids will be received for the following categories of work: Construction of the New Clinton County Health Clinic Building as outlined in the Documents Site: 991 Franklin Street in Carlyle, Illinois, 62231 Owner: Clinton County, Illinois A Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to the Owner, Clinton County Board, in the amount of (5%) five percent of the Base Bid, shall accompany each Bid as a guarantee. If for any reason, the awarded Bidder cannot execute the Work outlined in these Contract Documents, this Bidder shall forfeit the Bid deposit or the amount of the Base Bid to the Owner as liquidated damages. The Contractor to whom the award shall be made pursuant to this contract shall be subject to all applicable Federal and State laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. The Contractor awarded this contract shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds covering the faithful performance of the contract and payment obligations arising thereunder A Warranty Bond will also be required upon award. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality or to accept any Bid which, in the judgement of the Owner, may be the most advantageous to them. No Bids may be withdrawn after the opening of Bids, without the consent of the Owner, for a period of sixty (60) days thereafter. |
