Description | The Contract work consists of providing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, temporary facilities and construction expertise required to construct a walkway and platform to provide access to transformers and switches located on a hill on the west side of the District's Operations Center. The walkway will require approximately 100 feet of thickened-edge concrete sidewalk, along with 25 feet of normal sidewalk, and a 400 square foot concrete pavement access platform. A removeable safety railing is also included in the scope of work. Location of work is 1802 75th Street SW, Everett WA, Snohomish County. Contractors shall be on the District's Small Works Roster and currently Prequalified for Category: "Concrete Construction" or "General Construction" prior to bidding.
