Parker Street Sidewalk Project

Sealed Bids shall be enclosed in an envelope, endorsed with the name and business address of the Bidder and marked as "Town of East Longmeadow, Parker Street Sidewalk Project." The work consists of the installation of roughly 4400 linear feet of Portland cement concrete sidewalk, including necessary ADA-compliant handicap ramps at specific locations and necessary grading, and right-of-way restoration. The work shall be substantially complete by December 1, 2022. All bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended. Checks for handling and mailing should be made payable to the Town of East Longmeadow. All bidders shall furnish with their bid a bid guaranty in the form of a bid bond or certified /cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, made payable to the Town of East Longmeadow. The Town of East Longmeadow reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in bidding if it is in the public interest to do so
