Description

Provide a new municipal Building. The project is 7,020 sf with 1,280 sf of attic storage and consists of: The work consists of new construction on a relatively flat lot. There will be earthwork as required and the structure will be wood stud walls with Smart Siding and a SIPS panel sitting on a preengineered wood roof truss system. The interior finishes of the building will include new GWB walls and ceilings, tile, linoleum floors, and millwork. See drawings for additional information. All building drawings will include associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
