Airfield Painting, Rubber and Paint Removal Annual Service Agreement

Question Deadline 07/13/2023 at 12:00 PM PT The term of this contract shall begin after issuance of Notice to Proceed and contract execution and will expire on June 30, 2024 (the end of the SCLA s fiscal year). Scope of Work: 1. The scope of work to be performed consists of providing all labor, tools, transportation, travel, equipment, materials, insurance, and any other incidentals necessary to perform Airfield painting, rubber removal, and paint removal on an basis at the Southern California Logistics Airport. the Contract, shall furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%), of the contract price as security for the faithful performance of the Contract, and a separate surety bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price as security for the payment of all persons performing labor and furnishing materials in connection with the Contract. The SCLAA reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to award a Contract to the bidder(s) who best meets its requirements.
