CSAH 70 Improvements Project

As of February 1, 2024, project will rebid but no rebid date yet. Project No: 0T4.128437 A minimum goal of 13.5 % Good Faith Effort to be subcontracted to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete by 09/30/2024. A Proposal Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of Cass County shall accompany each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder if, in their discretion, the interest of the Owner would be best served thereby. The workforce participation goals for this Project are: Minority: 12% Women: 9%
