Quote includes caps (3) - Signs 4" x 4" x 12' painted PVC Post sleeves for installation - finished to customer specifications and color. Surety Bond - A 5% electronic bid bond will be required with bid submission Performance Bond - A 100% Performance Bond will be required at the signing of the Contract Payment Bond - A 100% Payment Bond will be required at the signing of the Contract An Electronic Bid Bond must be submitted with this bid, through one of the respective clearing houses electronically. A Pre-Construction Conference shall be held between the successful bidder and the owner before any work commences. A notice to proceed will be issued before any work commences Upon receiving a notice to proceed, the Bidder agrees that all work shall be completed as follows: Vendor agrees to commence actual physical work on the site with an adequate force and equipment within 10 days from the date of Notice of Proceed. All work shall be substantially completed in THIRTY (30) consecutive calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed.
