Improvements of Walkways, Curbs, Trails and Parking Lots at Five Parks

The scope of work: Parking Lot Project, encompasses shallow excavation work, ADA ramps and railings, milling, paving, sealcoat, crack seal, and flatwork to repair parking lots, trails, paths and ramps at 5 different sites. This includes approximately 9790 sf of concrete and 3835 sy of paving. Alternates include addition path and trail repair, walks, and pavement repair. Selected Respondent and all subcontractors shall conform to all applicable building codes, and shall secure all necessary building permits for the project. The project locations are: 1. Buchanan Park Recreation Center, 32003 Ellingwood Trail, Evergreen, CO 80439, 2. Wulf Recreation Center, 5300 S Olive Road, Evergreen, CO 80439. 3. Arrowhead Park, Evergreen, CO 80439, Kittridge Park, Kittridge, CO 80439 and 4. Marshdale Park, Evergreen, CO 80439
