| Description | South Salt Lake anticipates providing homeless camp abatement within its borders to mitigate the impact of homelessness on city residents and businesses. The City is requesting proposals from Proponents, regarding homeless camp abatement. The City provides necessary equipment and the haul-away of the material. Proponents will only be providing the general cleaning of the sites into City provided dumpsters while working alongside Salt Lake County Health Department. Proponents shall provide up to 25 hours of time, per month. The City of South Salt Lake ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced companies ("Proponents") that provide biohazardous waste clean-up for citywide homeless camp abatement services. These proposals may include but are not limited to: containment of potential biohazardous material, disposal in city provided dumpsters, and general cleaning of homeless camps within the city. |
