On-Call Electrical Services for Traffic Control Systems

The purpose of this solicitation is to secure the services of a Contractor to perform traffic signal installations, illumination system alterations, and miscellaneous installations or repairs throughout Pierce County on a non-scheduled basis, and to request bid prices for that work. Pierce County is unable to determine the precise schedule or amount of additional work that may be performed. The work will be assigned by Pierce County using a purchase order number, addressing scope of work and required time of completion. The work shall be governed by the 2022 Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction as published by the Washington State Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as the “Standard Specifications,” whenever applicable. If conflicts exist between the Standard Specifications and the following documents: Scope of Work, Future Work, General Provisions, Special Provisions, and the Pierce County Standard Drawings; the Scope of Work, Future Work, General Provisions, Special Provisions, and Standard Drawings shall govern.
