Renovation of Radiologic Technology Laboratory

Purpose of this improvement is to energize the current, demonstration-only classroom by installing necessary infrastructure in the means of power, lead shielding, and overhead supports as needed for owner provided equipment. In addition, to meet programmatic and security needs, scope includes partial demolition of existing interior, non-load bearing partitions and existing lay-in ceiling tile and grid, new framing to accommodate installation of a new lead lined interior door and windows, and reinstallation of lay-in ceiling tile, grid, and lights. No increased HVAC supply or plumbing is required as part of this improvement. Finish repair or replacement will be as needed due to the course of construction.
