| Description | For the analysis and design of traffic safety improvements along McKay Road NE in northwest Marion County. The Project will consist of the design and construction of intermittent safety improvements (traffic separation) along McKay Road NE from OR 219 (River Road NE) easterly to a point to be determined between French Prairie Road NE and Case Road NE. The traffic separation improvements will likely consist of the installation of center medians with rumble strips, center concrete barriers, or a combination of medians and barriers, along with associated roadway widening with appurtenances and drainage improvements. |
