Description

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Work encompasses modifications to the Intake Shower in order to make it accessible. Demolition of the existing shower is to occur to accommodate the new layout. Relocation of an existing door into an adjacent storage room will be made as a part of the shower upgrade. Electrical, plumbing and mechanical modifications will be made to accommodate these modifications. See entirety of the contract documents for work to occur and for further information and requirements. For the Humboldt County Detention Center Intake Shower Upgrade. Interested Bidders shall be licensed by the Nevada State Contractor's Board at the time of bid and shall acquire City of Winnemucca and Humboldt County Business Licenses prior to commencement of the work. All work shall be done in full compliance with local, state and federal regulations. Bidders shall personally inspect the property to determine conditions and plan the approach and scope. Permit fees will be paid by Humboldt County. BID NOTE This Project is budgeted at $100,000.00. However, in the event the Bid Price exceeds $100,000 The 2022 - 2023 Northern Nevada Rural Wage shall apply.
