| Description | Project includes the construction of a hydraulic steel structure (coffer box) that allows inspection and load testing of all center post anchorage assemblies for locks along the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System (MKARNS) and within the Tulsa District. Locks where this coffer box is to be utilized are Webbers Falls, R.S. Kerr, W.D. Mayo, Newt Graham and Chouteau. The coffer box will be cylindrical shape with segmented sections. The total number of sections will be five with three different types of sections: one top section, three intermediate sections, and one bottom section. The diameter of each section will be approximately 21’ and the height of each section will be approximately 10’. |
