Description

Contractor shall perform annual shop inspection and minor maintenance on chillers #1 & #2. The units are Trane, model CVHF570, 500-ton. All work will be performed per manufacturers specifications and this statement of work. Contractors shall provide all necessary labor and maintenance to complete the scope of work. Contractor shall coordinate with VA staff to contact Chemical Contractor for them to assess the chillers while they are open.
