Winfield Elementary School HVAC Replacement

1. RTU’s and VRF units Install Rooftop Units, consisting of ACCU’s and DOAS units. Install VRF ceiling cassettes. New DOAS units to include energy recovery wheels. Provide acoustical curbs for rooftop equipment Replace kitchen hood MAU. 2. Cooling plant – Remove in entirety 3. Heating plant – Remove in entirety 4. Underground fuel oil tank Drain and remove existing 7,900 gallon underground fuel oil tank. 5. ATC All controls to be done by Johnson Controls (as part of GC’s contract) Controls to be DDC 6. Hydronic piping – Remove in entirety 7. Classroom unit ventilators Remove existing unit ventilators and all associated piping, and controls 8. Ductwork and diffusers Remove or replace any ductwork as shown on drawings Replace all diffusers that remain 9. Baseboards Abandon baseboards and demo hydronic pipe to ceiling. 10. Exhaust Fans Replace all building exhaust fans. 11. Duration Plan for construction over 1 summer
