| Description |
This is a multi-phase project. The first phase is anticipated to be a $1.5 million-dollar project consisting of the construction of a new bus loop on our Elementary School campus and the replacement of windows in our Elementary School building. The scope of this project has been finalized and the total duration for
the delivery of CM services is estimated to be approximately 12 months.
The second phase is estimated to be in the range of $20-26 million. This project includes, but is not limited to, improvement of infrastructure and building systems on a transportation facility, an Elementary School, and a Jr/Sr High School. The total project scope has not yet been finalized. The total
project duration for the delivery of CM services is estimated to be 36-44 months.
Bus Garage:
Phase 2: Bus garage will require either substantial renovation and expansion. Office reconfiguration,
accessibility improvements, wash bay construction, door replacement, slab and apron reconstruction,
recoating of foam roof, ventilation improvements, and electrical service and distribution.
Elementary School:
Phase 1: Window replacement and construction of new bus loop. Phase 2: Cafeteria renovation and
kitchen renovation, renovation of the kindergarten and UPK classrooms, window replacement, roof
replacement, PA and phone systems, interior lighting and site work, parking lot reconstruction and
playground replacement.
Jr/Sr High School:
Phase 2: Cafeteria and kitchen renovation, renovation of the 1963 classroom wing, window
replacement, masonry repointing, roof replacement, door hardware replacement, corridor floor tile
abatement, electrical distribution improvement, phone system, ventilation in older building wings,
extension of fire suppression system throughout, 1936 wing and parking lot reconstruction. |
