Snow and Ice Removal

The Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority is looking to hire a vendor to remove snow and ice at the Hyannis Transportation Center. The CCRTA is looking for proposals based on the attached Scope of Work. A contract will be awarded for two years with options for renewal for up to three additional years. Issuance of this Request for Proposal does not commit CCRTA to award a contract or to pay any costs incurred in preparation of the proposals in response to this request. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this request and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, national origin, or veteran's status in consideration for an award. CCRTA's FY23 DBE is 3.82% (CCRTA only) and .5% (CCRTA and Subrecipient combined) of federally funded contracting opportunities. Further, any contracts entered into with the proposer pursuant to this request will include provisions to assure compliance with applicable civil right regulations.
