Description

The Project includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary grade and install subbase, pave an asphalt trail, pave PCC street patches and build ADA compliant curb ramps as well as miscellaneous other site work. The Contractor shall commence work after the Notice to Proceed is issued and work shall be completed on or before October 27, 2023. The established DBE goal for this project is 0% of the total amount bid. The City does hereby reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to enter into such contract, or contracts, as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
