The Cormier School project generally consists of: 1. Installation of an approximately 1,400 square foot building addition at the north end of the school that will serve as a new entrance and restrooms. 2. Demolition of an existing canopy and installation of an approximately 1,950 square foot building addition near the main entrance to serve as the new school office, health room, and increase the size of the library. 3 . Approximately 3 , 900 square feet of interior alterations to two existing classrooms, the former school office, and the former teacher lounge/workroom. 4. Installation of a new paved parent drop off loop north of the existing parking lot. 5. Modifications to South Broadway Street to install an additional lane for school bus staging 6. Demolition of the existing playground equipment and preparation of the new playground area (Note: the new playground equipment and wood chips will be installed by others under separate contract with the owner). M. The Pioneer School project generally consists of: 1. Installation of an approximately approximately 2,230 square foot building addition at the southwest corner of the school that will serve as a new office, entrance, and health room. 2 . Approximately 3 ,150 square feet of interior alterations to an existing classroom, the former school office, and the formerteacherlounge / work room . 3. Installation of a new paved parent drop off loop north of the existing parking lot. 4. Modifications to the existing parking lot and replacement of the sidewalk. 5. Replacement of an existing underground water pipe from the north east corner of the building to the main at Pioneer Drive. 6. Replacement of a concrete curb near the existing bus drop off lane
