| Description | Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the following: 1. All set up, hoisting, and clean up. 2. Removal and disposal of existing roof system, down to the purlins. 3. Installation of new steel metal roof system with all required flashings and trim. 4. Installation of new steel gutters and downspouts as currently installed on the building. 5. Removal and disposal of existing insulation below metal roof. 6. Installation of new insulation. Insulation shall be provided with adequate support to prevent future sagging. Insulation shall be presentable in appearance as it will be exposed and visible from the bay area. |
