Description

Architect/Engineer (AE) services necessary to design for the Renovation of Space for Learning Resource Center (LRS) at the Charles George VAMC, Asheville, NC. Project will evaluate approximately 2,500 square feet of space to be renovated for the LRS classroom and administrative space and design for the replacement of the main in-house television head-in equipment (telecommunications) to meet the needs of these clinics. Work includes designing for wall, ceiling, flooring, and utility demolition and existing spaces and producing construction documents for providing rooms that meet VA Space Code requirements. Design includes Architectural, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical disciplines. The existing area has asbestos containing in the walls.
