Disposition of Mitchell Landing

The City of Salisbury (the “City”) owns all that certain real property identified as . The Mitchell Landing Property is improved by: four (4) two-story buildings, each of which contains six (6) apartment units, comprised of four (4) three-bedroom units and two (2) two-bedroom units (each an “Apartment Building” and collectively the “Mitchell Landing Apartments”); and, one (1) one-story multi-purpose building, at which the management office, laundry room and community center are located to serve the residents of the Mitchell Landing Apartments (the “Mitchell Landing Community Facility”) (the Mitchell Landing Apartments, together with the Mitchell Landing Community Facility, are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Mitchell Landing Multi-Family Complex”).

Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
