City of Redmond Maintenance and Operations Center - Building 1 - Fleet Shop 18080 NE 76th Redmond, WA 98052 The City is soliciting bids from licensed contractors to replace two existing vehicle lifts in our Fleet Maintenance Shop. Provide labor and materials for two lift replacements in our Fleet Maintenance Shop at the City's Maintenance and Operations Center. All project work areas are to be left in clean condition prior to final inspection and acceptance. Removal and disposal of any scrap material is to be done in compliance with all local and federal laws and requirements. This work is subject to the prevailing wage requirements of the State of Washington. The complete Scope of Work for this project is included as Attachment A. 1. Install (2) Rotary MOD35M-18 inground lift packages (already purchased) 2. Remove (2) existing lifts and all lift components (see attached photos) 3. Slab cut approximately 10'x37'x6" concrete 4. Remove concrete, excavate for new lifts and properly dispose of spoils 5. Install new Rotary MOD235 lifts 6. Installation shall be done according to the manufacturing and installation tolerances 7. Anchoring system to meet all standards and be tested to ANSI/ALI ALCTV: 2017 8. Install lift components, including wall-mounted controls, air line between lifts and controls, and hydraulic oil. 9. Provide operation training to City staff. 10. Installation will be deemed completed once lift is tested and approval is given by the Redmond Public Works Fleet Manager. Bid Bond: Not required.
