Description

The City of Boiling Spring Lakes proposes to replace a 30” diameter storm culvert under the Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point Railroad at Cardinal Road. The work generally includes but is not limited to installation of double 54” diameter reinforced concrete pipes via dry bore and jack method under the railroad along with concrete end walls and rip rap lining. Also included in the work is filling the existing 30” diameter corrugated metal pipe under the railroad with flowable fill.
