Description | Award Details Contract Award Date: Feb 01, 2023 Contract Award Number: W912P423D0001 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID: QWMAKGQA6MG5 Contractor Awarded Name: ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTING GROUP OF CHICAGO INC Contractor Awarded Address: Waukegan, IL 60085-4321 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $260000000.00 The purpose of this acquisition is to establish a Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with a shared capacity of $260 million to accomplish Design-Bid-Build (DBB) Marine Construction projects under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 237990. The projects to be completed will be within the area of responsibility of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Buffalo, Chicago and Detroit Districts, which are considered the Lakes Districts. As a result of the passage of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) on 15 November 2021, a significant number of marine construction projects within the Lakes Districts mission boundaries will be funded. The MATOC will also be used for other civil works projects not funded by IIJA within the Lakes Districts mission boundaries. The scope of the marine construction MATOC will include: (1) Stream and drainage channel improvement/modification; (2) Streambank stabilization; (3) Breakwater repair; (4) Pier repair; (5) Harbor deepening; and (6) Confined Disposal Facilities (CDFs). The Buffalo District (LRB) intends to solicit and award the MATOCs on an unrestricted basis and in accordance with the procedures at FAR 15.304(c)(1)(ii) in which award will be made to all qualifying offerors. A qualifying offeror is defined in FAR 2.101 as: an offeror that is determined to be a responsible source, submits a technically acceptable proposal that conforms to the requirements of the solicitation, and the Contracting Officer has no reason to believe would be likely to offer other than fair and reasonable pricing. Price will be a selection factor for all task orders placed under the awarded contracts. The task orders under these contracts will be firm fixed price (FFP). The ordering period of the MATOC will be 5 years. |
