| Description | The Housing Authority of the Borough of Highlands (Authority) will receive proposals for as-needed painting services at its two public housing sites located in Highlands, New Jersey. This request is for a two-year service contract, renewable at the sole option of the Authority for two additional one-year periods or one additional two-year period at the same terms. All contract requirements and requirements for the proposal are described in the RFP. The Authority invites the participation of minority-Owned Business Enterprises in this solicitation and reserves the right to reject any or all offers or to waive any informalities in this solicitation. |
