LED Replacement and Related Electrical Work

LED replacements and related work Town of Stanford 2/17/2023 Please take notice that the Town of Stanford is soliciting bids to replace existing interior lights with LEDs, and to perform certain related interior and exterior electrical work at: 1. the Town Hall; 2. the Highway garage; and 3. the Recreation Park. The Town reserves the right to award all or part of a bid if the bid is segmented. The Town reserves the right to not award a bid if the Town elects not to award any bids. If after the opening of the bids, the Town decides not to award a bid, the Town may elect to rebid the project, or amend its specifications. Work to be done: Town Hall Interior: estimate cost to replace all light fixtures with LEDs Exterior: estimate cost to replace parking lot lights with metal halide Highway Department Interior: estimate cost to replace all light fixtures with LEDs Recommend/estimate cost of additional lighting in mechanic's bay Exterior: check wiring of garage lights -- not working estimate cost to replace parking lot lights with metal halide Rec Park Interior: estimate cost to replace all light fixtures with LEDs Exterior: estimate cost to replace parking lot lights with metal halide All bids must be sealed and labeled Bid for LED replacement and related electrical work, Town of Stanford.Bidders are required to execute a non-collusive bidding affidavit pursuant to section 103d of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York. Bids without a non-collusion affidavit will not be considered. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days subsequent to the opening of the bids without the consent of the Town of Stanford Town Board. Contractor will comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, prevailing wage rules *The project contemplates a site visit by potential bidders to see the work to be done. If they are interested in bidding, they do so based on their own site visit.*
