The Hudson is a new 5-stories wood-frame apartment building with 228 units, built over 2 levels of concrete parking garage on a 2.7 acres site. The garage and apartments will total 332,000 square feet. Note from NGC Group: Please note this Project is Sales Tax Exempt. Project has LBE/MBE/WBE Participation Goals for the Project of LBE = 12%, MBE 6%, and WBE 4%. Each bidding Contractor shall follow all documentation and bidding requirements established by the Unified Government Purchasing Department while bidding this Project.
