| Description | Remove and dispose of the existing roof system at west slope of Main Roof including flashings and sheet metal down to the gypsum plank deck. Provide plywood substrate, underlayment, and synthertic shingles. Replace sheet metal flashings and trim. Remove existing TPO roofing system as required to construct curb, install new transition flashing at transition between low-sloped roof system and steep-sloped roof system. Replace elastomeric joint sealants at precast coping stone control joints and install new waterproofing at precast coping stone. Repair existing precast concrete cornice. |
