| Description | 1 Windows Replacement Contract for 14 designated windows on the Town Hall Building of the Town of Petersburgh. There are currently 19 total fixed windows of various shapes and sizes on the main floor of the Town Hall Building. Of the 19 total windows, 14 windows have been designated for replacement. The replacement services should include the following: removal and disposal of the 14 designated old windows, and trim (inside and outside). fitting and installation of the 14 new windows (both fixed and operable). windows would include fixed and double hung models with double glass, Low-E, white vinyl, and have screens (as appropriate on the double hung models). mullion configuration (6 over 6, and 8 over 8) shall be similar in style to the existing windows being replaced. all operable windows should be double hung. installation of finishing trim (inside and outside including painting, if required) / caulk / and hardware |
