Description

Scope of work: 1. Demo existing equipment, electrical, gas piping, and hydronic piping per drawings. 2. Install (2) owner provided KN-6 boilers (not Lochinvar as listed in drawing). 3. Provide 4" stainless flue piping and 6" galvanized fresh air intake piping as required for KN-6 boilers. 4. Provide and install new pumps, hydronic piping, fittings and valves, gas pipe, (including regulators) and electrical changes per drawings. 5. Core cut for new flue and fresh air intake piping. 6. Provide pipe insulation and labeling as required. 7. Projected install time 4/15/2020 based on weather conditions and lead time for boilers.
