Description

The work involves the repair and/or maintenance of various EPDM and PVC single ply roofs, foam roofs, shingled roofs, and asphalt and coal tar built up roofs, including insulation, pavers, gravel, etc. incorporated into the roofing system. Roof repairs and maintenance shall be complete systems including flashing, sealants and perimeter metals. Repairs to built-up roofs may be in either hot or cold applied roofing as required. The work includes all labor, supervision, materials including flashing, sealants and perimeter metals, equipment, removal and disposal services of existing roofing, permits and licenses necessary to complete projects.
