Multi-Space Parking Meters and Management System

GROUP I It is the intent of this RFP for Montgomery County to enter into a contract with one or more firms (the “Contractor”) for the purchase, installation, and maintenance of new multi-space meters connected by a vendor-hosted, web-based management or back office system, allowing the County the capability to manage the multi-space meters in real-time from any location where Internet is available. Management of the units will include but not be limited to: program rates, regulations, configurations, access reports, receive alarms of malfunction, and change messaging display. It is anticipated that the County will purchase approximately 20 – 30 multi-space meters through this contract(s), although the County may elect to purchase more or less, depending upon funding availability and need. GROUP II Also, the County wishes to enter into a contract with a firm to provide management system and a maintenance agreement for the County’s 104 T2 Systems, Inc. Digital Luke® II multi-space pay stations.
