The work included under these specifications and the accompanying drawings consists of providing all items, articles, materials, operation, or methods listed, mentioned, or scheduled on the drawings and/or herein including all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary for their completion. The Old Knoxville Highway Water Utility District will receive separate sealed BIDS for the construction of A Water Line Upgrades Project Greene County ARP Funding The work to be bid on is as follows: Upgrades of Existing Water Lines with 20 Ductile Iron Pipe. The allotted time for construction is 180 Calendar Days. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the submittal thereof. This Project is being Funded by the Greene County ARP Funds. The OWNER reserves the right to waiver any informalities or reject all bids.
