| Description | Project is to replace the sanitarydrain piping, storm drain piping, and domestic hot water piping throughout Bellmont Hall (BEL). The existing pipe has experienced excessive wear and is beyond its expected lifespan. Drain piping systems shall be replaced from their point of origin to their respective sewer. Domestic hot water supply piping will also be replaced. The limits for where piping will be replaced will be specified within each guaranteed maximum price contract (GMP). Scope also involves any work related to restoring the building to its existing condition following plumbing repair, including but not limited to: scaffolding, CMU wall reconstruction, painting, and miscellaneous finish work. | ||
