Description Work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Repairs to HVAC systems including distribution and equipment, air handlers, refrigeration equipment, cooling towers, fan coils, chillers, piping and related insulation, installations of new ductwork, diffusers and HVAC equipment, control system installations and repairs, air balancing, and excavation/backfill and site restorations as required. Subcontractors to this contract may include architectural or engineering design firms, or specialty mechanical or control contractors subject to the specific job requirements. All work will be based on unit prices in accordance with the Price Proposal Form. Provide repairs, maintenance and renovation projects between $25,000.00 and $475,000.00 on an as needed basis.
