Description

The City of Columbus' Code Enforcement office is seeking Graffiti Abatement services. Answers to any questions submitted through this RFQ will be posted by 3/7/23 at noon. The City of Columbus' Department of Building & Zoning Services is seeking Graffiti Abatement Services to abate graffiti at specifically designated, privately owned structures where the City has obtained permission (a waiver from the property owner) to perform said abatement. The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, and equipment and must comply with all applicable codes, standards, regulations, and worker safety rules that federal, state, and local agencies administer. The City seeks to hire one (1) contractor to perform the designated services. The contract amount shall be up to $40,000.00, running from approximately May 1, 2023, to April 30, 2024, with an option to renew the contract for an additional year. Interested contractors shall respond to this bid by submitting a bid through the City of Columbus' Vendor Services Portal. The bid will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible, and best Bidder per the provisions of Chapter 329 of Columbus City Code.
