New-Demo/Replacement of Windows

The contractor shall be responsible for providing labor and materials for the services required to removed and replace seven large frames and windows along the West Side of Building 6. As well as demo a door frame and replace it while keeping existing back doors for reinstall. Also, the contractor shall perform this service in retrospect with the Historical Preservation of this Building at Doris Miller VA Health Care Facility. Work performed shall be done at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care Facility in Waco, on Building 6 at 4800 Memorial Drive, Waco, Texas 76504. After all work is completed, the contractor shall have a walkthrough with a VA COR to ensure all work is completed and ready to receive payment. The contractor shall provide all personnel, services, vehicles, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, facility supervision, administration supervision and any other item(s) necessary to perform and accomplish this service. The contractor shall be familiar with all the terms, conditions, and requirement herein contained. All work must comply with federal, state and local regulations.
