RFQ Contractor - Chamblee IRS Physical Security System

INFORMATION RECEIVED WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF TECHNICALLY CAPABLE AND OTHERWISE RESPONSIBLE FIRMS THAT WOULD BE INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING OFFERS FOR THIS ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION. General Services Administration has a requirement for Chamblee IRS, that requires the purchase and installation of a complete physical security equipment (Electronic Access Control System, Video Surveillance System & Intrusion Detection System) as specified in Section 3.6 of SOW revision date 12/01/2022. The Physical Security system is for Bldgs 2, located at IRS Chamblee, 4800 Buford Highway, Chamblee GA 30341. This building is a FSL 4 and the IRS is required to procure physical security equipment. This Performance Based Service Contract will consist of Service Contract Act WD# 2015-5831, Revision # 23, Date May 17, 2023. The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment, for the Physical Security System as described in SOW dated revision dated December 01, 2022. The contractor shall be responsible for the installation of a new Physical Security System as described in SOW dated revision dated December 01, 2022, on a Federal Supply Schedules (FSS) basis at the following location listed below: IRS Chamblee, 4800 Buford Highway, Chamblee GA 30341. The resulting contracts will be procured under NAICS 561621 Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths) and the Product Service Code (PSC) is N063 - Installation Of Equipment- Alarm, Signal, And Security Detection Systems, which has a small business size standard of $20.5 million. This is a Request for Information (RFI) Notice SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is for information and planning purposes ONLY to invite qualified firms to submit responses to the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) document, demonstrating the ability to provide the services. THE FOLLOWING SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN YOUR RESPONSE (Page Limit 2 pages): (1) The availability and capability of qualified FSS sources only. (2) Whether your firm is a: SB, Hub Zone, 8(a), SDB, WOSB, and SDVOSB (3) Federal Supply Schedule # - offer must be on Schedule. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. Interested small business firms are highly encouraged to respond to this notice. However, firms should understand that generic capability statements are not sufficient for effective evaluation of their capacity and capability to perform the work required. Responses must directly demonstrate the company's capability, experience, and ability to marshal resources to effectively and efficiently perform the requirements described in PWS. In order to submit a proposal on this acquisition at time of issuance of Request for Proposal (RFP), all contractors will have to be registered in SAM.gov. THE FOLLOWING SHOULD NOT BE INCLUDED IN YOUR RESPONSE: 1. Do NOT respond via telephone, all responses must be in writing. 2. Do not submit questions or comments not related to this RFI. 3.
