Description

This project consists of drainage improvements to mitigate flooding in the downtown Suffolk area with new drainage structures and a new closed pipe system. These improvements are along Lee Street, South Street, Jackson Street, and Saratoga Street which will then be conveyed to the existing 54" storm pipe located in the median at N. Saratoga Street. The project also consists of construction of a wet pond at the southwest corner lot of the W. Washington Street and Lee Street intersection.
