The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract, by means of sealed bids, with a qualified firm(s), for the removal and disposal of construction debris for the Public Works Department of the City of Miami Beach (the "City"), as needed, in accordance with the prescribed specifications and requirements found in the ITB.
